TaiChi, is a philosophy that has been practised for more than 600 years. It is the philosphy that combine the Qi, Yin Yang and the other ancient Chinese Philosophy.

TaiChi emphasis the practising of Qi in the body. Ancient Chinese philosophy believe that the Qi in the body will reveal the health status of the body. One of the way in maintaining health is the pratising of the Qi in the body.
